Dr. Tasios is an amazing orthodontist and has made my experience with braces awesome! The staff are so kind & friendly and make you feel at ease. The waiting room is very comfortable and feels more like a lounge. They offer free hot/cold drinks and ice cream, and have lots of fun games to play while you're waiting. Overall, everything is run very efficiently and my experience has been wonderful!

As a kid I refused to get braces and regretted it. So after seeing how comfortable my kids were with their treatments, I decided to follow their lead. Two years later I am beyond satisfied. I'm so happy and confident smiling!!! Tasios is an incredible business with a customer friendly atmosphere!!! We actually enjoy going in for appointments. From the amazing decor to the incredible background music (Bruce's playlist FTW!), the vibe is just so nice it makes you want to stay. Thanks Tasios for everything and keep up the great service!

Both my and my son are patients here. Where do I even begin describing how wonderful this clinic is…. Super beautiful space, spotless clean clinic with amazing staff and wonderful doctors . I needed to book a 1,5 hour appointment and one of the ladies at reception offered to watch my newborn while I’m getting treatment- if this is not phenomenal customer service then I don’t know what is (Tasios, give her a raise !!) . The Tasios team is very friendly and welcoming, you get such a good vibe by just being there. 120 percent recommended.

Family business.. Great people.. Customers feel welcome when they are there.. Everyone knows everyone by name… Dentists are very qualified, father has tons of experience, daughter has lots of education, and keeps on getting more educated in dental… Together, they make a great team.. The son is the orthodontist, great guy… And the mom ties everything together at the front desk, wonderful lady.. I’ve been going there for years… Won’t go anywhere else.. Always refer friends and family to go there..

Short Review: Nice office and nice dental professionals, but the wait times are too much. Don't make plans around this orthodontist. Every time I have had an appointment at their Vaughan office, I have been waiting for at least 30 minutes before being seen. I have always arrived on time, signed in, and been seated clearly visible in the waiting area. I understand that there are times that appointments may run a little over their scheduled time, but the office should really communicate with people that are waiting, if these circumstances were to occur. Even for a five minute appointment, I was waiting for 40 minutes before being seen. I am usually not one to post reviews online, but I felt that new clients should be aware of what they can expect. I value my time and feel that this office does not. It seems to cater towards families with young or teenage children coming in (which is fine, this is a family clinic after all) but, I'd much rather be given an update about when I can expect to be seen if it is not actually going to be at (or near) my scheduled time. The lack of communication and consideration for clients' time is disappointing. Once I actually made it in to see someone, the care was good and the service provided were fine. They clearly made an effort to make sure the client is informed in what they are getting done. The office itself is interesting with coffee and games for kids to play. It does feel a bit like a fishbowl with most of the screening areas being visible from outside the dental office and visible from room to room (glass partitions) which, personally, I'm not a huge fan of. However, I wouldn't hold my personal opinions about that towards the clinic. In short, I really just wish I could expect to be seen at or within reasonable time of my scheduled appointment. Having to wait over 30 minutes and not being informed when I will likely be seen without having to go up and ask makes the visits to an otherwise fine office frankly, frustrating. I haven't been to the Toronto location, so I cannot speak to the experience there, but at the Vaughan office I find that I have always left feeling frustrated because my time was not valued.
